Flowmetrico ("we", "us") is a marketing automation and lead-generation agency for trade businesses, based in Limassol, Cyprus. We provide done-for-you growth systems — websites, missed-call and booking automations, follow-up pipelines, reputation management, local SEO and advertising — to businesses across Cyprus.

• Contact and enquiry data: name, business name, trade, phone number (WhatsApp preferred), email, and any details you share in a message or on a strategy call.
• Lead-magnet data: your name and email when you request the free playbook.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via standard analytics and form-tracking tools.
• Marketing data: preferences and consent status, so we only contact you as you've agreed.

Under the GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Consent — when you submit a form, request the playbook, or agree to receive marketing (Article 6(1)(a)).
• Contract — to deliver services under a partnership agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).
• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, improve our services, and operate our business (Article 6(1)(f)).

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you've asked for.
• To send you the playbook and other content you've requested.
• To send marketing communications, only where you've consented.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, analytics, CRM, email and messaging tools — under contracts that require them to protect your data in line with the GDPR. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Some of our service providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data is protected to EU standards.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, for the duration of a partnership and afterwards to meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see Your rights).

Flowmetrico provides done-for-you growth services under a partnership agreement agreed on a strategy call. The 30-Day Answered & Booked Guarantee applies to missed-call capture and booking automations: if missed calls are not being answered and booked within 30 days of going live, we will work without charge until they are. All plans are custom and priced on a strategy call; no prices are published on this website.
